Course description
This 3-hour training offers an essential foundation for organizational team building, as well as for building harmony within families, schools and community groups.
At the heart of all human conflict is some form of broken agreement and/or breach of trust. These cuts can rapidly fray to become a tear in the social fabric. Yet, this is easily preventable, given an awareness of agreements and trust.
Many broken agreements result from poor communication. Effective communication is greatly enhanced by recognition of different sensory styles and how to navigate them.
This training is very popular with non-profit and state government personnel.
